Being a former sugar addict I know how hard it can be. My day consisted of 2-3 sugar loaded Starbuck drinks a day, adding on top of that I always had 1 or 2 diet Dr. Peppers a day and to keep my addiction happy I would add handfuls of candy to the mix.
After realizing that all this sugar was leading to my anxiety and depression, I finally decided I need to get healthy and fit.
