PiYo

Do you dislike Yoga and Pilates or Do you love it? I know Yoga and Pilates are good for me but I have always struggled to get them in. I remember when I did P90X I skipped the Yoga DVD. My husband on the other hand LOVES Yoga. I am horrible at slowing down so unless I am locked in a Yoga class it really is hard for me to get it in but trying to get to a yoga class with 3 kids is near impossible. Excuses excuses excuse yes I know! There are so many benefits to Yoga and Pilates.  

 

Lucky for me and for you Chalene Johnson launched PiYo. It is an incredible program that gives you the benefits of Yoga and Pilates but is faster paced. I love the pace of it and the way it makes me feel. It requires NO weights and NO jumping but provides Hardcore results. It is total body definition with the best practices of Yoga and Pilates. It is great for low impact, those who are looking for body toning and is excellent for runners!
