Quick Start : Oatmeal On The Go

We all know by now that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it can be difficult to figure out what to eat that's both quick and healthy. In my family we usually have our Shakeology for breakfast since it's both super fast and full of nutrients. Sometimes though I'm in the mood for something different. On those days I reach for good old fashioned oatmeal. Today I made oatmeal two ways.

RASPBERRY MAPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL

 

 

 

Raspberry-Maple-Cinnamon-Oatmeal

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 Cup Cooked Oatmeal

1/4 Cup Raspberries

2 Tsp Maple Syrup

Cinnamon to taste

 

 

Mix the ingredients together and enjoy. A great choice for eating hot.

 

 

 
BLACKBERRY YOGURT OATMEAL

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 Cup Cooked Oatmeal

1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/4 Cup Blackberries

Cinnamon to taste.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mix the ingredients and enjoy. This is a great option for eating cold.

 

 

The best tip I can give you for eating healthy is to be prepared by having healthy ingredients on hand for quick and easy meal preparation. Clean eating shouldn't require more thought, it's just a different way of thinking. You can do it!
