As a busy mom of 3 active kids, a wife, and a business owner, Tawnya understands what it takes to prepare nutritious, simple, fast meals.  

Protein Donuts

Protein Donuts are perfect for your meal prep day!  They store really well and freeze, too!  My kids love these, my husband gobbles them up, and my friends do as well!  Its a win win.  

Hearty Oatmeal

Tasty, filling and full of nutritious ingredients!  I have two ways to enjoy your oats - cold and hot!  

Coffee The Healthy Way

Coffee.  Ahhhh!  My favorite part of the day.  I love my coffee and enjoy a cup every morning after my workout, with my breakfast.

 

Before I started learning about nutrition, I would use the sweetened creamers and flavored syrups.  Yummy as they are, they are full of sugars, unwanted fat, and chemicals.  

 

I now enjoy my morning cup with coconut oil, almond milk and stevia.  It's tasty, low in calories and has nutritious values!   Try it, you just may love it. 

Shakeology

Shakes are the best way to fuel your body with nutrients, energy and protein.  I love starting my day with a shake, and so do my children!
