Why not YOU and Why not Now?

Throw the excuses out the window and go after what you want. Why wait???? Health is important and not something to be taken for granted. I hear the same excuses about why someone chooses not to get started. I used to make the same excuses too!

I do not have time to workout or take care of myself. Well someone busier than you is working out and taking care of themselves. I have women in my groups who are beyond busy and they find 20 to 30 minutes to get a workout in because they know it is important for them to be healthy. It also helps increase their energy and stanima which helps them keep up with their busy schedules.

I cannot do it because I am busy with my kids. I started when my youngest was a baby, I also had a 2 year old and a 6 year old. It was not easy but I did it. I am their example! Plus I need to be healthy in order to take care of them. I have moms who have 6 and 7 kids getting their workouts in! If they can do than so can you! Kids do as we do not as we say so you need to be their example.

I looked at my girls and thought what would I tell my daughter is she was in my position. I would tell her to take care of herself!

I cannot afford it. Here is the deal- we can all afford what we want to afford. When I started we were broke. Not kind of broke or pay check to pay check broke but BROKE! Our daughter had high medical bills and we were drowning in debt. I desperately needed something to change. The change started with me and taking care of myself.
